On 22/05/2012 WZM S.A. celebrated its 60th anniversary.

The Jubilee was honored with the presence, among others the Undersecretary of State for Armament and Modernization Mr. Marcin Idzik, Director of Armaments Policy Maj. Gen. Leszek Cwojdziński, Head of the Inspectorate of Armaments Maj. Gen. Andrzej Duks, Deputy Inspector General for Personal Data Protection Mr Andrzej Lewinski, representatives of the Silesian Province, local authorities, representatives from the Defense industry sector and partners of WZM S.A.
To celebrate the 60th anniversary, a flag was presented to Military Mechanical Works Joint Stock Company and a commemorative plaque was unveiled. The Chairman Mr. Adam Janik presented the guests with the genesis of the company’s foundation, the profile of activity and future development plans. An added attraction was the opportunity to see the special versions of the Rosomak armored personnel carrier.
