On 21 January 2012 at the Grand Theatre-National Opera in Warsaw, took place the Grand Gala of Polish Business Leaders, during which the President of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Military Mechanical Works Joint Stock Company Mr. Adam Janik was awarded the "Golden Statue of Polish Business Leader 2011 " nomination for the systematic development, consistent and effective investment policy and special care of the environment.

The Gold Statue is considered by traders as one of the most prestigious business awards in Poland.
Nominations in the competition honored the best Polish enterprises and their leaders, the statues of Polish Business Leader were awarded to 11 members. During the ceremony, some entrepreneurs also received the Diamond award together with the Golden Statue for Polish Business Leader, who have maintained or improved their market position.

Finance Minister Jan Vincent Rostowski stressed that the Grand Gala of Polish Business Leaders is an important event in the calendar for Polish business. - the entrepreneurs awarded today, taking into account the results of the economy of our country, are without any doubt the best of the best in Europe – said the Minister.

Deputy Prime Minister Waldemar Pawlak congratulated the entrepreneurs’ enthusiasm, creativity and assertiveness.
