Medical Evacuation Vehicle – Medevac ISAF

The Medevac PM2 is built on the AMV Rosomak 8x8 chassis. It is designed to transport soldiers from the battlefield. The vehicle is fitted out with first aid medical equipment for treating wounds and maintaining basic life functions.
Raising the rear of the hull of the vehicle provides the ability to quickly evacuate patients (including 3 litter patients) and it allows for the medical personnel to work comfortably and in the standing position. The crew comprises of: Commander, 2 paramedics and a driver - mechanic.
The vehicle is equipped with a lightweight protection system consisting of ten protective panels, which provides additional protection for the vehicle and crew against RPG-7 missiles.

The Medical Evacuation Vehicle –  Medevac besides the above mentioned features and systems is additionally equipped with:
• POZOR system for observation and searching for wounded
• GPS System
• Automatic stretcher loading system
• Specialist medical equipment
• 3 sets of stretchers (STANAG 2040)
• Independent air conditioning and heating system
