This Public Information Bulletin consists of several basic elements:

• top menu - contains general links
• left menu - contains the BIP information structure
• subpage content - a page containing specific information
• list of subpages - subpages organized in a list, paged in case of more items
• changelog - version history of published documents

Items in the left menu can be links and lead directly to the content or they can aggregate subpages, then they are expanded. A menu can contain multiple levels of nesting.

The change log has a general view of changes in all documents (available from the top menu) and the versions of a specific document (available from the subpage - "Change log" link under the content). In the document revision history, it is possible to compare versions - just select exactly two versions and select the "Compare versions" option. The content that has been added is marked in green, and the content that has been removed in red. Contents not marked out have not been changed.
